Remove OpenCode session share links and sharing commands
OpenCode v1.19.1 discontinued session sharing: existing share links, session-sharing commands, and importing sessions from share URLs no longer work. Strip those flows from scripts, docs, and runbooks before handoffs break. Why this loop
v1.19.1 is a breaking change: OpenCode discontinued session sharing. Existing share links are dead, session-sharing commands are no longer available, and importing sessions from share URLs is unsupported. Any alias, README, CI step, or runbook that handed off agent context via a share URL or share command will fail after upgrade. The release does not add a replacement sharing API, so the workflow fix is to find and delete those commands and links, tell the team old URLs will not import, and hand off context through tickets, PRs, or local notes instead of OpenCode share URLs.
Proposed actions
- rg -n -i 'opencode share|session.shar|share URL|shareUrl|share link' --glob '!node_modules/' --glob '!.git/'
- Instruct the agent: OpenCode v1.19.1 discontinued session sharing. Search this repo for share links, session-sharing commands, and steps that import sessions from share URLs. Delete or rewrite those steps so nothing depends on sharing or share-URL import.
- Delete Makefile targets, npm/pnpm scripts, and shell aliases that invoke OpenCode session-sharing commands; they are gone as of v1.19.1.
- Tell the team: as of OpenCode v1.19.1, existing share links do not work and importing sessions from share URLs is unsupported—do not send, bookmark, or open them; paste needed context into the PR or ticket instead.
